Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility and Age Verification

Account Registration

Each person may hold only one registered account at jilixvip. Registering multiple accounts—whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or personal details—is a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. The information you provide must match the identity documents you submit during verification.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your jilixvip account credentials. Do not share your password or allow any other person to access or use your account. jilixvip will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact jilixvip support immediately. We will take steps to secure the account and investigate the incident.

Identity Verification (KYC)

jilixvip is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process involves submitting government-issued identification documents and, where required, proof of address or source of funds.

Acceptable identification documents include Philippine government-issued IDs such as the PhilSys national ID, passport, UMID/SSS card, PRC ID, or driver's licence. Documents must be valid, unobstructed, and clearly legible in the photos or scans you submit.

Until KYC verification is successfully completed, jilixvip reserves the right to place restrictions on withdrawal requests. Players who fail to complete verification within a reasonable period may have their account suspended pending documentation.

jilixvip may request additional documentation at any time, including for large withdrawals or if there is a reason to conduct enhanced due diligence under applicable regulations. Cooperation with these requests is a condition of continued account access.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on jilixvip are denominated in Philippine pesos (₱ PHP). There is no currency conversion applied to your deposits or withdrawals.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your jilixvip account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. jilixvip accepts GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and eligible Philippine-issued Visa and Mastercard cards. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the deposit section of your account.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account verified as belonging to you. jilixvip will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification being complete, any applicable wagering requirements being fulfilled, and the stated processing timelines for your chosen method.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a jilixvip transaction while still holding a jilixvip account balance is a violation of these terms. Any account associated with a fraudulent chargeback will be immediately suspended and the matter referred to the relevant financial institution and, where applicable, law enforcement.

• Depositing funds you do not intend to wager (balance farming) is prohibited
• Using jilixvip as a money transfer service is prohibited
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not in your own name is prohibited
• Requesting withdrawals to accounts different from those used for deposits without prior approval is prohibited

Bonuses and Promotions

jilixvip offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to these general conditions.

General bonus rules applicable to all jilixvip promotions:

• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any time
• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement is met
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount (or combined deposit and bonus where specified) and must be completed within the stated timeframe

Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, systematic wagering on low-risk outcomes to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play, exploiting promotion errors, and coordinating with other players to abuse referral programmes. Where bonus abuse is detected, jilixvip will void all associated bonuses and may close the accounts involved.

Gameplay and Fair Use

All games on jilixvip use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer formats, independently operated live studio environments. Game outcomes are not influenced by jilixvip, and the platform does not control results in any way that would give the house an unfair advantage beyond published return-to-player (RTP) rates.

Players are expected to interact with games fairly and in good faith. The following are prohibited in relation to gameplay at jilixvip:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that plays on your behalf without your real-time human input
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities—any such discovery must be reported to jilixvip support rather than exploited
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games such as Tongits to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to interfere with game mechanics, connections, or data transmissions in any way

In the event of a genuine technical error during gameplay that results in an incorrect outcome or payout, jilixvip reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the stakes to the player's real money balance. Payouts arising from clearly erroneous results (for example, a technical malfunction displaying an impossible jackpot figure) are not binding and will not be honoured.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jilixvip. Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate account investigation, suspension, or permanent closure, with any balances subject to forfeiture:

• Registering more than one account for any purpose, including attempting to claim duplicate welcome bonuses
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Using jilixvip for money laundering, fraud, or any activity connected to criminal conduct
• Using stolen, borrowed, or third-party payment methods to fund your account
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jilixvip staff or other players through any communication channel
• Attempting to access jilixvip systems, databases, or internal communications without authorisation
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing jilixvip accounts
• Acting in a way that jilixvip reasonably determines to be intended to exploit the platform rather than engage with it as a genuine entertainment service

Account Suspension and Closure

jilixvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete verification, receipt of a chargeback, or at the request of a responsible gaming self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance—including real money deposits and bonus funds—may be forfeited at jilixvip's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons not related to player conduct (for example, jilixvip ceasing operations), the player's verified real-money balance will be returned via a supported payment method.

Players may request to close their own jilixvip account at any time by contacting support. Where a closure is requested for responsible gaming reasons, the request will be processed as a formal self-exclusion under Section 12 of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on jilixvip—including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and software—is the property of jilixvip or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the jilixvip platform without prior written permission.

Third-party game content displayed on jilixvip remains the intellectual property of the respective game developers and is licensed for display on the platform. Any attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute game content is a violation of both these Terms and applicable intellectual property law.

Limitation of Liability

jilixvip provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain reliable, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be accessible or error-free. jilixvip is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Temporary or extended platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers
• Losses incurred as a result of gameplay outcomes, which are determined by certified RNG systems
• Unauthorised access to your account where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain secure credentials

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilixvip's total liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the value of the player's real-money account balance at the time the claim arises.
